Aliph Jawbone 2 Bluetooth Headset - Bulk Package (Black)

Customer Review: blue about the fit
I am a bit disappointed with the fit and therefore the use of this product. Being active in construction I often find the Jawbone dangeling out of my ear. Since the Jawbone is intended to contact the face to work properly this is a problem.
Customer Review: Jawbone2 Review
It's a keeper! Very lightweight and the noise cancellation is great. I still think that the original Jawbone is better with the Noise Assassin noise cancellation. Compared to the 1st Jawbone, I like the changes made to the functions of buttons on the headset. The biggest one is the Voice Dialing. It used to be the same button as End Call so when I used to try to hang up with a phone call, it would initiate my voice command on my Blackberry. On the Jawbone 2, this is eliminated since the voice command is now initiated with the back button being held for 2 seconds. The ear hoop and ear bud is better that the original but it still would be nice to have more options with the ear bud. I'm tired of having to use other brands (jabra eargels) of buds adapted to my Jawbone.

Motorola H710 Bluetooth Headset

For the most uncompromising user, the Motorola Universal Bluetooth Headset H710 provides all of Motorola's most advanced features in one of their most discreet headsets. H710 offers the latest echo and noise reduction technology so others can hear you quietly.
Customer Review: Works great with people on the other end not having any echos
My old bluetooth echoed when I talked, this one doesn't, I can figure out how to adjust the volume without taking it off, it connects quickly. Easy to work with my phone (one of the horrible chocolate phones), they can hear everything I do in the background though so be careful about what you are doing while talking. I like the flip and turn on biz and also the cute noises when turning on and getting calls. I like it.
Customer Review: H710 headset
The headset works great. Have trouble understanding the voice in voice command, but overall works great!

Customer Review: Much larger than I thought
I purchased this before reading everyones reviews saying that no one will hear me when i call them. so i freaked out thinking "well there goes 30 bucks.. thank God i didn't have to pay shipping and handling" Thankfully it works wonderfully, they can hear me crystal clear. The only problem is I can't hear them. Not because of bad reception, but because the thing keeps falling out of my ear. I use the pull the ear through method, but my ears are little and the bluetooth is constantly battling my glasses, so either its pushing my frame off my ear or my frame is pushing it off. I cannot count how many times its ended up hanging from my hoop earrings. It also looks really big and weird on me, i'm constantly being called a klingon, or Janet Jackson from her new tour google it, i dare you),all of my friends (including my husband) call it the snail. For those of you who can fit this thing, it works well with my Samsung Blackjack II, even in the bottom of my purse in another room, i can still receive and make calls without problem. once i walked outside forgetting my phone and then i got a little static, but not much more than you could get normally if you had low signal on your phone. I walked right back in and everything was fine, and it was more because i couldn't hear, not because they couldn't. I still use this since my phone is too big to hold to my ear all the time and because i have too much to do to be stuck without one hand. (speakerphone is great but you don't always want everyone in on your convos, and i still have to carry it around) my theory, the blackjack just has a stronger signal? comment if you like, but i must say it is odd for it not to work with a Razr and work great with mine when its made for motorola phones not samsung.
Customer Review: not made for women
this bluetooth is just ok,,it is to large for womens small ears, keeps falling off when you bend your head down. And the volume on it is not very good, but that could be cause it doesn't fit the ear.

    Customer Review: talk time
I love my new ear picec. T get alot of talk and standby time with this product. I know of friends who have simliar products nad they complain that the ear piece drangs out their phone battery power. This earpiece also has a built in charge shut off so the earpiece can't be over charge.
Customer Review: Didn't send what was advertised
I ordered the headset that included the case. I only received the headset and the vendor wouldn't send me the case. Fortunately Amazon stood behind me and took care of this situation. Amazone is very fair with the customer when the vendor doesn't send what they advertise in their offering.

Customer Review: looks cool and sounds good
i like my plantronics 520 a lot. it is very light and it is one of the best looking bluetooth sets around.i ordered mines through amazon for $35.99 with free s&h so i couldn't beat the price. i think it's ridiculous to pay anything more than around $50 for one. mines works nomatter which pocket my phone is in. the only thing is that it disconnects from my phone when the bluetooth battery gets low, but that's no big deal. i highly recommend this for the price and style.
    Customer Review: Too Loose
I have been wearing my headset for a couple of months now and I don't find too much of a problem with the sound or comfort. I do have a problem with the rubber piece that is suppose to hold it onto your ear but does not. If I lean to the side I will lose it. If I hug someone it will fall off. If I scratch my ear it comes off. It is just not well fitting to my ear at all for what was paid.

    Insignia Stereo Bluetooth Headphones NS-BTHDP

"Brand New" OEM packing from factory
Customer Review: Wow are these fun or what!!
I enjoy watching videos and listening to music on the train as I do my daily commute. I use my Asus Eee PC 1000H which has bluetooth built in. Bought it on Amazon, Great Deal! Now back to the Insignia Headphones. Well I was using a wired headphone set and the wires would get tangled etc. I started reading on Amazon about these bluetooth headphones and thought why not give it a try! Especially at bucks. Well I am so pleased! These headphones can really play loud and clean. I cannot tell the difference between my wired headphones and these bluetooth headphones. They handle the bass very well. Using Microsoft player, I turn on the SRS WOW effects and it is so enjoyable!!! Videos and movies sound great! It was easy to set the headphones to connect with my Asus automatically. The range was over 30ft from the PC, without walls, also you can use the AC charger or your PC USB port to charge the phones. I did not use the USB dongle transmitter that comes with the unit, so I can't comment. But if you have a Bluetooth ready PC or MP3 player these headphones are great! I have purchased 4 complete sets from the Amazon stores as holiday gifts for family and friends. Lastly, I wanted to mention that the headphones hold a charge. My commute is about an hour each way and I can use them constantly with no problems (2 hrs) then I come home and use them to listen to music. The manual says 10-12 hours constant. I've never ran out of battery. Just ordered a bluetooth MP3 player to work with these phones! I'm into it!!! I should point out that my model is the NS-BTHDST , I notice there is another set model NS-BTHDP. They look identical, I don't know the difference.
    Customer Review: My Dissipointing Replacement
    • The Good - Great Stereo sound on my Verizon XV6900 White Smartphone (Verizon Wireless) • The Bad - Not as good as my old headset Motorola Bluetooth Headset for Cell Phones and Music - Black (HT820) • The Ugly - Sound quality I had my old Bluetooth headset, similar in style to the BTHDP, stolen from me at work. I went to a Best Buy store to pick these up for around $58 some dollars, thinking it would be a great deal since my old ones were around $99. Unfortunately, some times you really do get what you pay for. • BAD • I have had a lot of complaints from people who say they get a bad reverb on their side when talking to me. There have been many times that when I talk on the phone, it gets choppy, so I do not hear every word. It has gotten so bad that many times I have to stop my connection and just talk on my speakerphone. Also, while the battery is better than any BT mouthpiece I have had, it is poor in comparison to my other BT stereo headset. There is suppose to be a warning when the battery is low, and while I have heard it a rare few times, more so than not I end up pressing talk on my phone to find my headset is not sync with my phone (due to it being dead). Pairing this up with my Gateway P-7811FX laptop, I have terrible sound. The sound is in such a low bandwidth that there is absolutely no reason to even attempt to use for music from my laptop. The fact the sound is wonderful with MP3 songs on my phone indicates this could be more a driver issue than headset. Another problem when listening to music on my phone, and increasing for voice calls, is a rattle sound heard in the left speaker. It is a sound one would hear if they cranked up the bass extremely loud and put a piece of tin foil over the hole of the bass. The problem does not always happen, and I was able to recently get this noise to spot by pounding the earpiece with a battery a few times, possibly knocking something... unloose? :) This tells me the construction of the unit on the inside is not the best, or at least, not for the one I have. As for the touch buttons (vol, play, forward, back) I found for the most part this worked, but gets a "bad" since one thing that does not seem to work, is after I press "play" to pause music playback, pressing "play" again to resume activates voice resonse instead. Since most people are going to use this for a mobile phone, I imagine they will have the same problem. • GOOD • Music on my phone sounds wonderful. I very much enjoy using my phone as a MP3 player when doing snow. My ears even get slight protection from the wind. The biggest problem I had with my old headset was the foam covers would screw off a lot. Eventually, one of them got lost and I had to use the hard plastic. These do not have the same problem. The foam ear buds are not going anywhere (unless my son should get a hold of them). Also, I find it is comfortable. Now keep in mind, the behind-the-head fit is not for everyone. Some people, especially those with long hair (mine goes half way down my back), will not enjoy this design. I find many times attempting to take this off when my hair and headset get caught up, and I lose a hair or two. Another thing, while some people have had pairing issues, I have had none (or it was phone/computer related). The pair-up process was simple: hold the power button until it flashes rapidedly, tell the device to search for BT devices, put in 0000 passcode, lather, rinse, bake, and serve. • OVERALL • Doing some research, I see even my old headset that was $100 is way cheap now. With that in mind, I really cannot recommend this headset to anyone. I will continue to search for a nice BT headset that really takes advantage of what this technology has to offer. PRO • easily paired with my phone and computer • longer battery life than normal BT earpieces • great stereo sound on XV6900 as MP3 player • one touch answer (standard with most BT headsets) • USB rechargeable • unlike former headset, can use while plugged into USB to charge (a plus) • better volume than any headset I have used before (see "rattle" under CON) CON • horrible phone quality both in and out (XV6900) • shorter battery life than previous stereo headset • bad sound quality on Gateway P-7811FX laptop • unable to really crank sound many times without rattling noise (some songs and calls not all and the song does not require heavy bass to happen) • "play" button while in Media Player does not resume music, it activates voice command (and if this feature is not on your device, there is a good chance this will then work)

    Customer Review: Bluetooth wireless headset
Love it! I just need to learn how to use all of its features! :-) Thank you!
Customer Review: Clear voice, small compact design
The WEP200 is much better than the Motorola I had. The voice is much clear and the ear piece is closer to the ear canal. The only complaint is it takes longer to turn on, need to hold on the headset for several seconds. But can always leave it on. The battery life lasts longer than Motorola.

    Customer Review: Awesome BT headset!!!
The playstaion 3 bluetooth headset is great. It works on both ears and is 10 times clearer than other headsets. No stadic. This works on cell phones, looks kool, and is a great fit on ur ear. I highly recomend this headset over all the others.
    Customer Review: I returned it
This headset has a lot to offer in terms of features and Playstation 3 integration, but its lack of comfort and low microphone volume made it unpleasant to use and I returned it. It did not rest well on my ear, even after adjustment and trying the different earpiece adapters, and the earpiece itself is uncomfortable and made out of a hard ring of rubber. It does not have a form-fitting shape. It looks very attractive but seems more designed for modern looks than comfort. In the game EndWar (UbiSoft), the microphone volume was not loud enough even with the volume at max. I either had to yell or remove the headset from my ear and hold it directly in front of my mouth. If you google for this issue you will find that this is a common problem with this headset. I tried many approaches to resolve this issue without success. I now use a Sennheiser PC166 USB headset, which is a traditional design wired headset that I plug directly into the Playstation 3 via USB, and it works great. Excellent volume level, and I greatly prefer the open-ear stereo headphones to a monaural bluetooth headset. Yes, it isn't wireless, but it's reliable, comfortable, and sounds great. It appears that a lot of people like the Playstation 3 bluetooth headset, which I frankly don't understand. There are a lot of better alternatives out there if you are willing to go with a wired headset. I *am* glad that Sony has an official headset, but I can't recommend it, unfortunately. Fortunately, there are good alternatives.

Plantronics Voyager 510 - Bluetooth Headset Carrying Case

Plantronics' mission is to enhance personal communication. Plantronics helps make people more productive, safe, and comfortable improving the clarity of communications. Plantronics is committed to ensuring that its products meet customer requirements and are committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
    Customer Review: Handy carrying case
This is a handy carrying case for the Voyager 510 headset. Some reviewers mentioned that their headset would fall out of their case. I have not found this to be a problem in the 3 months that I have owned this so far. Someone mentioned in a review that if you tuck the charging end in to one of the two slots between the elastic at the bottom the headset will fit comfortably in the case. I found this to be true and it fits quite securely. The only reason that I'm giving this four stars is because it doesn't come with even a little card mentioning this and I really think that the company should tell you how to get your headset in the case! Other than that, this is a great case. It's not intrusive and it does its job well.
Customer Review: Recognize it for what it is
Those of you who are enraged over this: Take a look at this product. It is CLEARLY not designed for the 510. However, the 510 will fit in it, and some have found creative ways of keeping in there (like jamming the fat end of it through the bottom). I bought this thing to protect the 510 from things in my pocket and the bottom of my briefcase, etc. For carrying on a belt? Nope. But it can work. But be real....this case was NOT designed for the 510. So of course there are no instructions or diagrams.

Customer Review: No frills but adequate at this price point
The only thing that I can add to the the reviews already posted on this device is my own experiences - we ordered 2 of the 'bulk packaged' bundles which include the headset and the charger. Positives: - No earbud going into the ear - this is a BIG positive because I can't stand those and, apparently they are not good for you. - Quick charging. - Easy to pair - in my case with a Razr and a Blackberry. - Easy to turn on/off, by simply folding/unfolding the microphone boom. - Pretty good instructions. Negatives: - My wife complains that the sound quality is not always perfect. - Being as small as it is, perhaps some carrying pouch should have been included. At this time, my wife decided to keep hers but she will give the second one to her girlfriend as a birthday present :)
    Customer Review: Very Poor Quality
I got this H700 Dec 08 through an Amazon Re-seller shop4cell. The product shipped quickly and I received it quickly. No complaints about Amazon. The product came in a plastic sealed retail package that did not bear any Motorola insignia. The only way to tell it was a Motorola was that little 'M' on the headset. While researching on the web, I found that there are 'fakes' going around. While I don't know if the product I received from shop4cell was real or not, I would strongly recommend that you pay the few extra bucks and buy it from a physical retail store. Make sure the packaging says 'Motorola'. The product felt extremely flimsy. I had the same problem that so many had reported on the internet - after the headset was fully charged, and when I pressed the button, all I got was a 'lavender' light - not purple, as mentioned in the manual. The moment I extended the boom, the light would vanish. I thought it was some timing issue with my (motorola) cell phone. After many frustrating hours, I figured out that there was some loose contact in the hinge between the boom and the main body when the boom was extended 180 degrees (the usual talk position). When I extended the boom ninety degrees, the lavender light stayed on long enough to pair. I was able to receive calls - but the loose contact made it unusable. I finally called Motorola support who were helpful and immediately sent me a RMA # and free return fedex label. In about2 weeks I got a H710 by fedex, that feels a lot more solid. The pairing process is also easier and the voice clarity is amazing. Bottom line - be careful buying this online through unknown e-retailers. They are either selling refurbished or B-bin (with no indication of this on their website) or downright fake units.

Scala Rider CARDO BIKE TO BIKE Q2

    Scala Rider Cardo-Rider Q2
Customer Review: Be careful - Out of date product
Scala recently updated the Q2 to include an MP3 in-jack (check out their website). Unfortunately, it looks like they're dragging their feet on getting the improvement to the US distributors. I just purchased a new Q2 and, sure enough, no MP3 jack. From the looks of this advertisement, this is also one of the older units (otherwise it would mention the MP3 jack and the inclusion of an their MP3 cable). At bare minimum, they should make a point of flagging that it's the older unit. I've been happy with the Q2 otherwise--works well with my Zumo 550. But I really wanted the MP3 feature, and now I'm going to ultimately need to buy a replacement down the line.
Customer Review: Like it very much
I bought this late April 2008 and would like to share some info with you. It is a new feeling when driving because I sometimes only used mp3-player with earbuds before. When the phone now rings I do not have to stop and start grabbing the phone and getting rid of the helmet.......and most times miss the call. My helmet: Shoei XR1000 (quite noisy if compared to Schuberth helmets & when driving fast) My bike: Triumph Speed Triple 2001 (naked bike, fast) My area: Germany on country roads and Autobahn (no speed limits) Installation on the helmet Is easy BUT the inside clamp goes between outer helmet shell and inside protection shell. That reduces the free space for your head, i.e. the ears. I will try to make a thinner clamp myself to make it more comfortable again from putting the helmet on and not bending / pressing to much on my ears. In addition you will have the two speakers inside the helmet, which are fairly thin but reduce the space for your ears as well. Speakers and cables are easy to fix and do hold on. Set up of device Is easy when following instructions. I connected it with an other standard Scala Rider and my Nokia E65 cell phone and it has not lost connection, so far. FM Transmitter Okay, it does not sound as good as mp3-player but I was very surprised about the quality of sound and that there was not much interruption to the tuned radio station (I was driving a tour of 170 miles in an area of maybe 80 - 100 square miles, cities and mainly hill country area). You can preselect 6 stations. Minimum loudness is still good to hear. If you want to turn it quiet you will have to switch it off. Phone Works fine. You can take a call by either pressing a button on the device or just saying a word (if your cellphone supports this). Voicedialing is possible but I have not been successfull - might be due to my cellphone settings. Understanding both sides is well and easy. People are just a little afraid when they call you and find out you are riding your bike and not standing still. (Add. comment 26. July 2008 It is possible to listen to music from the phone, if using it like a flash player and connected via bluetooth. Same should be possible with music from a GPS device. Do to permanent use of bluetooth this will shorten operating time of the battery.) Second set Rider for partner I have another standard mono Rider headset that I will fix on the helmet of my partner. From the experience with FM Transmitter and Phone I do not expect any problems. Just in case, that second rider does NOT come with the package of the Rider Q2! Others When listening to the radio and a call comes in it stops the radio and starts ringing like you cell phone setting. You can accept the call and talk. After you or the other end terminates the call the device returns to the radio. The system is working with auto loudness, in a limited range. Surrounding noise still good to notice, e.g. like amublance or police cars. I have to say that around a speed of 70miles/hr and plus it becomes difficult to listen because of the overall noise - from the airstream on the helmet and the bike itself. You can turn the device louder but for me it than became uncomfortable. For riding longer distances with higher speed (>100miles/hr) I usually put in ear plugs for less stress and protect my hearing. Operating with gloves on I was wearing summer gloves without lining and pressing the buttons went fine. However, with gloves with heavier lining it might be more difficult to reach the smaller buttons for the loudness / tuning stations. Final comment I like it very much, will like it even more if I manage to get a little bit more space in the helmet to place my ears and will like it even much more if MP3-player can be connected on top.

Customer Review: Best of 6 I tried out
This headset has the best sound quality of all those I tried out. Other advantages are that it has a definite on and off switch, easy to increase sound volume, answer a call, and charge it. These are important items. I don't like it in my ear but I am very sensitive about such things and I pull it out and let it ride on top until I get a call. Overall, I am very happy with this headset.
Customer Review: Great for the price
I bought this for my Dad for Christmas. He liked that the clip around the ear was thin, and said the reception and sound clarity was great.

Customer Review: good deal for the price
works mostly without excess noise but sometimes too crackly to hear. Good value though
